GIFT CARD TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Gift cards are delivered by email immediately after purchase and contain instructions on how to redeem them at checkout
- Gift cards can be used towards any products available in our online store
- If the purchase amount is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use
- If the purchase amount exceeds the gift card balance, the customer can pay the difference using another payment method
- Gift cards have no expiry date and do not lose value over time
- Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash
- Additional discounts or promotional codes cannot be applied to gift card purchases
- Alpaca Shop Australia is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorised use of gift cards
- We reserve the right to cancel gift cards obtained fraudulently or in violation of these terms
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned or cancelled once purchased
